Twisted Devils History
Our Team was founded in 2012, with few members and very little support. We have built ourselves up immensely throughout these past 13 years and are grateful to be a self-proclaimed powerhouse! Here you will find our intense team history and see for yourself the progress we have made.
2024- In 2024 the Twisted Devils saw an amazing year. we 51-37-0 for all our events. Starting off in Battle Creek we ranked 4th overall and were picked by alliance 2 for playoff matches. Unfortunately, were eliminated in round 5 but did not leave empty handed as we won the Imagery award. our next event was week 3 in Muskegon, ranking 5th we were excited to be captain of alliance 4. Once again we were eliminated but made it home with the Quality award. Through our high ranking we had made it to the state championship, although we placed 32nd we were first pick of alliance 7 and played the best we could. We had ranked 82nd in the state which meant that we got to go to the world competition in Houston Texas, ranking 22nd in the Johnson division to end our awesome year.

2023- In 2023 we had a record year, with lots of triumphs. We went 66-16-2 for the whole season, so we had many wins to celebrate. We started off in Jackson and ended up ranking 3/38 teams. We ended the competition with a blue winning banner. Next, we went to Muskegon and ranked 1/38. We also left that competition with a blue winning banner. We decided to go to a Lakeview competition for extra practice and ranked 2/40. There was our third blue winning banner for the season. We went to states and competed in the FORD division, placing 1/40. This was our first year being alliance captains at states! We competed until finals where we unfortunately lost. Last we headed to Houston for the World Championships! We competed in the Galileo Division and placed 18/77. We did not make it past semifinals.

2022- In 2022 we went 44-18-0 for our whole season. We started the season off at our home competition we hosted, at Gull Lake. We placed 1/31 and went home with a blue winning banner. We continued on to Kentwood and placed 2/33, where we yet again came home with a blue banner. We headed off to states to compete in APTIV division where we placed 26/40. We lost in quarterfinals, but that didn't take our spirits down, we still had world championships to attend! We competed in the Galileo division and placed 25/76. We did not make it to finals, but after such a successful season we were grateful to even attend the world championships and compete against such skilled teams.

We lost in semifinals, but still qualified for world championships in Detroit! We competed in the Darwin division and ranked 26/68.
